RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If for any reason customers are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) may be returned and refunded.
You may return any item within 14 days of receipt of your original order; please note that it may take several business days before your returned parcel reaches our warehouse.
Please note that customized products are non-refundable.
RETURNS FROM ITALY
Please notify our Customer Service Department of your intention to return the item(s) in writing to email@example.com and provide us with the collection address, the person to contact and the telephone number.
We will then arrange a courier to pick up the parcel and notify you by e-mail. You must kindly print the label that we will send you and securely attach it to the parcel.
RETURNS FROM THE REST OF THE WORLD
Please notify our Customer Service Department of your intention to return the item(s) in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with the tracking number of the shipment.
Please retain the proof of shipment until we have confirmed that the refund has been processed.
The goods are under your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please ensure that they are properly packed and cannot be damaged while in transit. We suggest you use a reliable postal/courier service that allows you to ensure the value of the items you are returning, and obtain and retain the proof of shipment.
Please note that all return shipping costs are under the responsibility of the customer.
As soon as we receive your parcel and have verified its condition, we will confirm that the return has been accepted by e-mail and we will process the refund to the same credit card used to make the payment. The original shipping costs will not be refunded.
(Refunds will be processed within 30 days, or in line with credit card policies).
- All items undergo quality checks and are checked for defects before being shipped to customers. If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.
- Please send all items you wish to return in one shipment to ensure that your refund is processed as quickly as possible.
- The item must not be worn; it must be in the same condition in which it was received.
- The original labels on the item must not be removed.
Unfortunately we don't offer exchanges at the moment. We are happy to accept returns of unused, unworn and in perfect condition items, within 14 days from the date of your order.
You will be able to place a new order later.
